Following an initial online consulation (via Zoom), when we can decide how we might work together to reach your goals, we will make a contract to go forward with regular hourly appointments. Appointments are usually weekly, for one hour, at a rate of £50 for the hour. I offer a number of spaces at a reduced rate for full-time students or anyone financially affected by COVID-19. Please contact me to discuss this option further.

An initial free consultation followed by an agreed number of sessions depending on the client's goals and challenges.
