We estimate our fees based on the complexity of the project and the time and effort that our team need to spend. In a typical legal services engagement which needs to be decided in the courts, our fees cover our expenses and court filing costs and a bonus if we win the case.

It is legal requirement in the UK that we verify the Client's identity before we accept their instruction. We ask the Client to explain clearly their case and the outcome they expect us to achieve. We ask them to provide us with all documents and other pieces of evidence their case is based on. We then analyse all the information and prepare a formal proposal for how we will approach the case.

All our attorneys are active members of the Republic of Iraq bar Association or the Iraq-Kurdistan Bar Association. Ther Managing Partner of Iraq Lawyer is a professional Project Manager and holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMP) as well as a Doctorate (PhD) from London University (Imperial College).
