Maintenance work is all at a fixed rate which can be discussed over the phone, on viewing or via email. We cover all domestic horticultural maintenance as well as holding large commercial contracts.

Firstly we will have a short phonecall where we will tell you a little bit about us and what we do, we will also give you most of the options there is to check us out online. We will then arrange a viewing to size up the work you require doing. We tend spend a bit of time with the customer getting to the bottom of what you’re after exactly to ensure you’re getting the full potential out of your outdoor space. We don’t only do the big jobs though and are always available for the smaller bits.

We strongly believe in the power of experience at Hantons and find most of the qualities within the company have been gained through working closely with landscapers over many years and holding a passion to learn and grow. We are always keeping up to date and well trained in the latest work methods whilst keeping health and safety as a priority. With over 20 years experience within the company there is plenty of ideas, inspiration and experience going into creating your dream garden.

Throughout school I did work experience maintaining a large complexes of fishing lakes and activity parks. I knew I wanted to work outside and this was a great start. Growing up around construction and landscaping I was always getting my hands dirty and getting involved. In the summer holidays me and a friend started a landscaping company at 14. We spent all summer landscaping a front and back garden job we had gained through putting flyers through doors. From school I studied business through to college and then after a couple of dead end jobs settled in a job with a landscaper. I then built up experience and knowledge to a point I was compitent in most areas and decided to start Hantons, we have now been running for 4 years and have hundreds of happy customers across Hampshire.

We cover all domestic aspects of landscaping as well as holding large commercial contracts for letting agents, housing associations and local councils.

A full landscape for a customer in Lee-on-the-Solent. A family had fully renovated the house in a contemporary modern style and as you can imagine wanted to have the garden match the theme. I worked closely with them and after 3 or 4 meetings we came to a final result which they were more than happy with. I booked them in and eagerly awaiting the start date as this was a very special project. We arrive on the Monday and finished the following Sunday, 1 day earlier than the deadline we had set ourselves. Great weather all week and a perfect example of our service from start to finish.
