My Bespoke Room is a very user friendly website. In a few moments, i requested my room to be designed and stated my preferences. They then assigned my designer to my project. She was clear and fast, really understood our constraints and tastes, very responsive and creative. After the mood board is done, you can add the items you like to your basket and their concierge service helps you manage your deliveries. I’d been postponing this task forever and now it’s all done in a couple of weeks! So pleased that I trusted them

What an amazing service this is!! Highly recommend!! I was a bit sceptical about using an online service but the process was so simple, and after my phone call with my designer Lisa, I felt totally at ease. I worked with her on my family living and dining room as I was really struggling with the layout and how to pull the look we wanted together. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and really listened to my needs. We loved the final design and her recommendations - we have already ordered most of the items! We wish we had found them sooner and will definitely be coming back to do our bedroom and kids rooms. I have already recommended them to all my friends too! Thank you My Bespoke Room.

So glad I came across My Bespoke Room. I was paired with Lois to design my kitchen/ living area, I was very pleased that we began by identifying the best layout options for a somewhat complex space. Then Lois really took the time to understand my style and which features of the room were most important to me. Lois was always on hand for any questions and guided me to source the best samples for different surface options. I am very happy with the final design and can’t wait to bring it to life!

Fantastic service! Lucy designed several rooms for me and each one has turned out brilliantly. I didn’t think I really needed a designer, having a clear idea of my tastes, but I couldn’t pull it together and it all felt flat. Lucy challenged me, added depth and now I love my house. I highly recommend the service, you won’t be sorry!
