Rukon promised to fix a leak. 3 times he said he would call to do it, 3 times waited in and no show. Eventually he did complete the quick job but actually made it much worse which we realised later that evening on flushing the toilet. The small dripping from the back of the pipe was now gushing out AFTER he was supposed to have fixed it. I got straight in touch and explained, he said he would come over.. he didnt again! Let us down lots of times. I constantly called and eventually he knocked our door at about 10pm one night. We said we had had enough and just wanted a refund, he agreed.. that was a week ago and we are still waiting. Completely unreliable, totally untrustworthy, I am not even sure he had the skills set to do the job in the first place. We now are out of pocket, have to get a real plumber in and get more damage fixed than before thanks to him. I am really very upset and disappointed by this as he seemed such a decent guy when he first called round. Not sure he even deserves 1 star to be honest.
