    Technocracy Hair is a 5*Salon as accredited by the Good Salon Guide and Colour experts.  Salon owner Kelly Shone-Adams is a proffesional in the hairdressing industry with 26yrs experience. Most recently being appointed the UK Brand Ambassador for MOOD hair colour. Kelly also provides up to date education and techniques along with being South Wales educator and ambassador for Hair Passion. Her aim is to inspire and educate others in the industry with her work which has been shared globally. Among her other accolades being a recognised colour expert by the Good Salon Guide and also a Master Craftsman as awarded by the Hairdressing council. This is only awarded to the cream of British hairdressing
