Group dog walks are £10 per hour, 50% discount for second dog in the household. Individual walks vary according to length etc up to £15. Home care visits including puppy visits are £6, packages agreements are also available.

The process usually starts with a phone call or email enquiry. If I am able to provide care of the nature and within the dates requested then I arrange an initial consultation to learn more about the pet care need and to get to know the pet (s). If everyone is happy at this stage then we sign the service agreement and arrange payment depending on whether the care is a one off or an ongoing requirement. Once these stages are complete, care can begin.

I have almost 20 years experience looking after pets, animal care qualifications from previous employment, a well developed working knowledge of animal behaviour and pet first aid qualifications.

I have worked and volunteered with animal rescue charities throughout the years, but always wanted to work for myself. As soon as I had the opportunity, I started the pet care service.

My animals clients are very varied, I have canine clients that crave the company of other dogs and love the group walks, but also dogs who need solo time on account of behavioural challenges. I have curious cats, cuddly cats and feed me don't touch me cat clients and others pet clients from Guinea Pigs to Gold fish

Because the dog walking and pet care sector is still largely unregulated, clients need to be certain that the individual they have contacted is really a pro and not just someone wanting to make a bit of extra cash. Has the pro got the appropriate insurance, are they police checked, are they trained in pet first aid are the initial things they should consider.
