About LymphCare UK
Professional experience
LymphCare UK is a dynamic award-winning provider of comprehensive specialist Lymphoedema services. We are passionate about people – patients, carers, staff and the wider local community. The original team of five staff spun-out of the NHS to form a new organisation in November 2011 – LymphCare UK Community Interest Company. The organisation has now grown and provides Lymphoedema, Lipoedema and Chronic Oedema NHS Services. We offer a first class comprehensive Lymphoedema Service in the West Midlands and beyond. We provide local clinics as well as a home visiting service for patients that are housebound. We are passionate about raising awareness through education and supporting our community teams Specialism and Innovative approach to care which includes case management to empower our patients to self-manage their long-term condition which reduces GP time and hospital admissions. We are a robust well-led organisation putting patient safety first and are CQC compliant. We also provide Private appointments and treatment options, a post breast surgery bra fitting service, LymphYoga (Classes, workshops and training) and other bespoke specialist training.
