am a highly experienced professional who provides a safe space for people to talk about their problems and feelings in a confidential and dependable environment. As a trained counsellor, I put myself into your shoes and listen with empathy in order to help you deal with any negative thoughts and feelings you may be experiencing. You may be in crisis, feeling depressed or anxious, affected by life events or a change in circumstance, experiencing a relationship breakdown, suffering from addiction, the loss of a job, the arrival of a new baby, stressed at work, or overwhelmed with caring responsibilities. Or you may be someone who feels "stuck in a rut" and is unsure how to move forward, have difficulty forming or maintaining relationships, want to lose weight, fear intimacy or find it hard to communicate. Whatever your situation, I can help you deal with the negative thoughts and feelings you may be experiencing at my practices in Harley Street W1, Crouch End N8, phone or via Skype. Qualifications I hold are the Dip substance misuse, Dip Counselling, Dip Conflict Resolution, and Dip Group Facilitation. I am also an advanced group worker trained at the renowned Institute of Group Analysis (Tavistock London). I have worked with clients for more than 11 years, supporting them through challenging emotions and circumstances both as a counsellor and as an educator. I offer both one-to-one therapy and group work sessions and have supported people with :- *Drugs and alcohol (home detox or inpatient detox available upon request) *Health and wellbeing Anger Management *Sex *Food *Stress *Not coping *Mild depression *Relationships *Emotional support *Conflict *Gambling *Tobacco Whether you are experiencing any of the issues mentioned or simply want to talk, I pride myself in offering a private, confidential professional, compassionate and experienced counselling service that is second to none. I also provide a 24-hour helpline that offers support, advice and information for family and friends.
