We explain the problem in terms you will understand, because we realize not everyone understands computer jargon and if we can explain the problem and resolution in easy to understand terms then you will feel more in control of your own computer.

We have Used Ian’s services for at least the last 10 years, he a very capable fair and honest person. Always just a phone call away, his remote access system allows him to solve some issues instantly without the need for a visit and his pricing is fair and reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending Ian, service second to none.
