We have set pricing for most of the services. more complex ones are priced up and subject to clients apporval before we commence any repairs.
We discuss the problem based on the information provided by the client, based on that we explain the process of the repair and present the final costs. Once we have client's approval, we order parts (if needed) and carry out the repair.
at FIX IT LONDON we all have few years of experiance. Rafal, the Founder is been doing it for nearly 20 years now. He started fixing computers when he was a teenager. IT was always his passion and he loves it!
The company started in 2015 in North London. Our first office was just a spare bedroom if Rafal's flat. but soon after that things started to happen very fast fast. New office on the high street and then shop in the Post Office.
We work with domestic users as well as small busieness. We have ongoing support contracts with retail shops, hotels, accounting firms,
One of the very exciting ones was a custom build PC for a online stock market trader who needed a PC that can handle 24 monitors at the same time. It was a very usual computer to build and we had a lot of fun while making it a reality.
