He is a real professional but he should concentrate on what the real need the client has for his services. That is also important to keep the cost reasonable. Because of this point, I ended up paying £200, where Microsof had quoted £90 and locally I have paid around £50. It is unfortunate he did not make clear his charges and he thinks he did.

Steve is a true computer whisperer. He fixed my 10 yo laptop in under 3 days. It’s as good as new now. He even managed to retrieve most of my files. He is very reasonably priced and he knows what he’s doing. If your machine has a meltdown, go to him.
