£45 per hour. Most things usually repaired within an hour.

I like to speak to the customer and understand the problem they're having. Once I've understood the issue I can then offer solutions to the issue and give the best possible price to the best standard.

I'm a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator with Exchange email. I've been fixing PCs, Laptops, Smartphones and Apple products for over 20 years.

I've had an interest in computers since the age of 11 and built my first PC at 13.

I've worked with lots of small businesses and provided personal IT support to clients for over 20 years.

I recovered all a customers data and then reinstalled and setup Windows with all the software, email accounts and connections to their printers.
