About Davies Catering Cornwall
Professional experience
We are outside caterers well established for dinner parties, weddings and corporate events in Cornwall. We also attend events and festivals with our seafood stall 'Elseafood'. Elseafood provide a unique concept for street food; Chef Martin Davies produces healthy, fresh, restaurant standard seafood, cooked to order yet still at a reasonable price and convenient to eat on the move. We have an eco-friendly and viable ethos; using bio-degradable packaging and select under-utilised or sustainable seafood to create our innovative menus, which change depending on what has been caught locally. For private events we pride ourselves on tailoring each menu to our guests' requirements, source local produce, lay the table, prepare and cook the gourmet food and leave you with a clean and tidy kitchen.
