Hi there, My name is Stella and I have been catering in various guises for many years. In fact it started from a very young age in our Italian family restaurants in London. I learnt a lot from my dad and then went on to study at catering college. I worked in various hotels and Restaurants before opening my own wee place and outside catering service in *information hidden*. After many years of catering large events I have now scaled the business back and provide mainly bespoke buffets and beautifull afternoon teas. I pride myself on the fact that everything is made from scratch and I use local produce where possible. I also use my industry knowledge to help other busnesses and work with local food projects.
