In my line of business I deal with reactive v proactive and efficient v effective. Most accountancy businesses are efficient, they will organise and deliver your accounts and returns on time efficiently, however this is very reactive. the difference with Steve is that he is proactive in that he advises you throughout the year on the most cost effective way of operating your business. along with assisting with general business advice and support.
