We generally follow the RIBA's fee strategy but are very happy to negotiate fees on a lump sum or phased basis depending on how much of the 'normal service' is required or how much input from others is wanted. We are happy to take a project from end to end or to just a planning determination for others to take onwards. We have an eye for detail and a commitment to cost-effective and economic design so costs are a key part of what we do and how we design.

All our architects are RIBA professionals with many years in top practises and with it's directors having over 40 years as Chartered Architects within the profession. We have planning qualifications and are also Interior designers and landscape designers should the project so require.

We have been in business for over 10 years as Initia and over 30 years in the profession working in other top practises often as Director or Partner. All our designers have international experience of working in the EU in countries such as Germany, Iceland, Denmark, Italy and France.
