Initial consultation, design and planning of Kitchen refit and single story extension providing additional dining area and utility room. Laurane was extremely helpful in offering alternative options and ultimately a better project.
Laurane arranged for the plans to be drawn up and approved and later arranged the building regulation drawings and approvals.
Laurane knows a lot of contacts covering asbestos testing and rectification, local building inspector, structural engineers and was able to offer a range of builders for which she obtained quotes and subsequently produced the scope of works and comprehensive documentation. We had regular monthly meeetings and Laurane managed regular payments provided progress was to plan.
Laurane was excellent at communicating with us and contractors and we are very happy with the final result which was delivered on time despite Covid conditions.
Laurane offers some or all of these services depending on requirements and the small additional investment was weell worth as it removed the doubts and worries of having to manage it ourselves.
