Professional experience
I am the only Soft Tissue Specialist in Essex. I have a degree and am able to help you in any soft tissue medical capacity from frozen shoulder to all 3 trimesters of pregnancy. If the Dr (if you are lucky enough to see him...) tells you all he can do is give you anti-inflammatories and pain killers, then I am the person for you! I have many years experience, so bear with me when I tell you ...you need 2h with me...if you protest...well ok I can do less...but this is what works best for you... i treat the entire body and then incorporate what you need in your personalized treatment plan. If you have a condition that cannot fix in a few treatments...like Frozen shoulder...please know I will give you...home work :) Please know that I have physiotherapy as one of my subjects I trained in...so I will l push the boat out on your recover...none of this...here is a list of exercises to do at home from the hospital.... my aim is to get you well. In saying that, if you just want relaxation... my treatment takes you away... hot stones...relaxing music... in winter only a heated bed... and...i am very easy to get along with... it will certainly be a memorable experience.
