I sit with the client to just talk with them, why they need energy work and what they are expecting to happen through the session. If the client is nervous, I try to make the session as light hearted as I can, not being too serious allowing the energy to do it work.

I'm a trained Clinical Hypnotherapist, Birmingham Central England College, PTSD Trauma counsellor at Cambridge University, I am 9 year trained Reiki master. And also a Meridian Psychotherapist.

After a fatal motorbike accident. My good friend also a Clinical Hypnotherapist worked with me through my trauma. After she did some Reiki on me it went from there. The animal work fell into my lap, a friend asked if I could help her horse, that led to a televised session on Animal Planet Sky TV. Now I'm in Cumbria I want to stay spreading my holistic treatments to all who want them.

I worked with a group called WINGS in Dudley, West Midlands, Women In Need Growing Stronger. A domestic abuse group to help the survivors to become themselves again, I have worked with a person who had PTSD fly again in a plane (long story), I have helped many horse owners to recover issues with their horses allowing them to ride again, and finally a huge amount of rescue dogs in homes to fix their heads allowing the dog to recover from their trauma and be a fantastic pet again.

A gentleman man booked me to be cured of a situation where is constantly left his family at the airport, just before they were due to fly. With investigations of a major trauma he had I worked with him using EMDR and relaxation techniques and he was fixed within just under 2hrs to go on holiday with his family again.

Talk to the proffesional, if you have any doubt about their abilities offered don't allow yourself to be worked on. If the practitioner changes your energy levels wrong that will have a detrimental effect on your self.

Ask how the proffesional is going to work with you, and, if you are unsure so the meeting and maybe Google the treatments you are going for or ask someone else who has been with that proffesional.
