With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Julia specializes in complementary therapies and alternative therapies. A Leduc MLD therapist for lymphoedema management, Julia's expertise spans across aromatherapy, massage, fascia and scar tissue management, reflexology, M technique, and deep tissue massage. Beyond her role as a therapist, Julia is also an educator and trainer of Tripudio Movement Systems, a program she co-founded with Paul Duffy. As an instructor, Julia aims to empower individuals to improve their health and wellbeing through movement and mindfulness practices. Julia's dedication to empowering individuals to achieve their optimal health extends even further with her role as co-founder and instructor of Tripudio Movement at The Garden Studios. The Studio offers a serene and comfortable environment where visitors can enjoy yoga classes, weekend retreats and alternative therapy sessions for a complete mind-body rejuvenation experience. In addition to providing natural therapy and educative services, Julia, together with Paul Duffy, has also established The Garden Studios, an accommodation in Bridport that offers weekend breaks and retreats.
