We do not have a standard pricing system, as every transfer can be so different. The actual cost is dependent on the vehicle available at the time you request a quote. Should no vehicle be available for your date of travel, we do not offer a quote.
The quote we offer (in writing and sent by email), is always priced by.... the time of the day that you travel, the date of travel [NOTE: Dec *information hidden*+ Dec 31 > Jan 02, are always at a different rate], the distance/mileage from A>B and the amount of luggage [which will determine the size of vehicle you required],
We always need to know the following BASIC information:
1): What are your OUTBOUND and INBOUND flight dates?
2): How many Passengers will be travelling?
3): Does any passenger require 'Child Seating'?
4): How much 'HOLD'/23kg type luggage are you taking?
5): How many 'CABIN'/drag-along suitcases are you taking?
6): Are you taking anything 'BULKY' - eg; Stroller, Golf Clubs
Bag, Collipsable Wheelchair, Scuba Equipment?
7): What time do you take off and to what country?
8): What time do you land back in to the UK + Flight number?

Only use a LICENSED DRIVER - because they are the only people who can access 'Hire & Reward' vehicle insurance. If you (for example), should get wrapped around a lamp post by an unlicensed driver, you will get NOTHING, UNO, ZILCH, ZERO compensation from the driver's insurance company (and that's presuming they are insured at all!!)./
If you ever hail a vehicle that does not show 'TAXI' on the roof or openly displayed on the bodywork, you are not insured, as the driver must not accept your work. All 'PRIVATE HIRE' (aka 'Mini-Cabs'/'Executive Vheicles', etc)., their work has to be issued to them, so pre-booked. via a/any 3rd party means.
