Professional experience
I am a massage therapist and acupuncturist who is extremely passionate about assisting people to get to their optimum health whether that is mentally, physically or spiritually. I have been qualified and practising as a massage therapist since 2016 and an acupuncturist and naturopath since *information hidden* In all of my modalities I have been taught to look at health from the holistic perspective , to treat the entire being and look for the root cause of the issue and not just to treat the symptoms. My passion is to see people walk away feeling lighter and more at ease than when they came to see me, it always makes me happy to see a signs of relief and relaxation at the end of a session. As well as acupuncture and massage, I also offer cupping therapy, moxibustion, different styles of massage, and naturopathic advice (including basic nutrition, herbal remedies) as well as advice on stretching and exercising. I look forward to working with you
