FAQs

We have a fixed pricing system whereby our clients pay their fee monthly and the fee includes their accounts, tax returns and unlimited help with any HMRC or Companies House query. We don't raise additional bills in the year unless it is for something outside the scope of the standard work we do i.e. a Tax Investigation. At this point, we discuss our fees with our clients or, if the client has PFP insurance, we complete the work and invoice their insurance company.
We are accountants who are qualified with the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
We have worked with all sorts of different types of clients from dog groomers to gymnastics clubs, maintenance providers to courier companies and more. Our client base is ecclectic, which is the way that we like it as its good to work with clients in more than one industry.
